The State of California has changed their WC reporting and notification
requirements. Effective October 8, 2010, all employers must use the revised
version of the DWC-1 Workers' Compensation Claim Form &
Notice of Potential Eligibility. (Click here) or the
California WC Institute site at www.cwci.org/store.html.
In addition, the new regulations require all employers to post information
about the California Medical Provider Network (MPN) along with the DWC-7
Notice to Employees - Injuries Caused By Work, at each jobsite. (Click here)
