our agents' convenience. Century On-Line (COL) is a tool that allows our
agents access to submit, quote and even issue policies right from their
desktops. COL offers underwriting reference materials, as well as,
reporting and tracking capabilities all in an ongoing effort to increase
efficiency and productivity. COL also provides a quick and easy way
for our agents to access our experienced underwriters for questions or
referrals. It's another way in which Century continues to meet and
exceed our agents expectations.
