This endorsement is used to extend the Umbrella policy to include coverage for claims resulting from
those additional exposures specified in the form. Commonly added extensions include coverage for discrimination, humiliation, alienation of affections, sexual harassment, shock and mental injury or
mental anguish. Employment related exposures may also be added for some insureds.
