The Meadowbrook Call Center is staffed
with licensed Customer Service Representatives with an average of eighteen
years of experience in the insurance industry. We follow a “One Call” customer
service policy. Every Customer Service Representative is cross-trained to
handle your policy and billing needs, and to set up claims. If further
information is needed, we also have a number of Area Specialists that can
respond to the individual needs of your claim.
